We all know the general story of Harry Potter. Voldemort discovered the Potter family's hidden refuge, killing Lily and James Potter. However, when he attempted to murder their toddler son, Harry, the Avada Kedavra killing curse he cast rebounded upon him. Voldemort's body was destroyed, but his spirit survived: he was neither dead nor alive. Meanwhile, the orphaned Harry was left with a distinctive lightning bolt-shaped scar on his forehead, the only physical sign of Voldemort's curse. Harry was the only known survivor of the curse, and Voldemort's mysterious defeat causes the wizarding community to dub Harry "The Boy Who Lived". As his eleventh birthday approached, Harry had his first contact with the magical world when he began receiving letters from Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, which are delivered by owls. Unfortunately, his uncle confiscates the letters before he can read them. Much to the Dursley's chagrin, Hogwarts was aware that Harry was not receiving his letters. However, the letters kept on coming and Uncle Vernon decided to move the family (Harry included) to a deserted island off the coast, hoping that the letters would cease. At the stroke of midnight on Harry's eleventh birthday, Rubeus Hagrid (Hogwarts half-giant gamekeeper) kicked in the door of the house where they are staying, and presents Harry with a letter explaining that he is a wizard and has been selected to attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
Throughout the next two years, Harry had the most interesting adventures any 11-12 year old kid could have. He became best friends with Ron Weasley, and Hermione Granger, even if she was a know-it-all, she was fun at the same time. Every student at Hogwarts knows Harry's name, and most of them seem to like him, except for Draco, who constantly mentions his disgust to his parents. New teachers are arriving for the Third year of Hogwarts, and some will find that these teachers are way more out of wack, then the original teachers who had long taught at the school. If the Malfoys knew precisely who these new teachers were, they would most likely pull their son out of the school, and many other slytherins would most likely go. But Dumbledore has remained firm to keep any of the teachers a secret, a 'special surprise' he has told the Daily Prophet. But what would you do if you knew that these teachers were not originally from around there, perhaps even out of this world, or from another? For example, who is this boy that should be getting an education himself, to teach students flying lessons? Some may say the school is out of wack, but one things for sure, this year may be Harry's most exciting year yet.
